Live Programme Oversight

Delivery management
where detail matters.

We coordinate programme, sequencing, evidence, and quality checkpoints—so multi-measure upgrades are delivered safely, consistently, and to the intent of the plan.

  • Sequencing
  • Quality Checkpoints
  • Evidence

Best for...

  • Multi-measure projects (e.g., Insulation + Heat Pump + Windows) where sequencing is critical.
  • Higher-risk homes with moisture concerns or complex heritage details.
  • Landlords & Busy Professionals who need assurance without managing builders daily.

Often not necessary if...

  • You are only installing a single, simple measure (e.g., Loft Insulation only).
  • You are a confident project manager with construction experience.

We govern the process

We don't replace the builder's foreman. We act as the client's representative to ensure the "Performance Gap" is closed.

Programme & Sequencing

Ensuring the right things happen in the right order (e.g., windows before insulation) to avoid costly rework.

Interface Coordination

Managing the tricky gaps between trades—like how the plasterer finishes up to the window frame.

Quality Checkpoints

Targeted inspections at critical moments (not constant watching) to catch issues before they are covered up.

Evidence Readiness

Ensuring contractors take the right photos and logs *during* the work, so you have a full record.

Snagging & Handover

A structured snagging process to ensure defects are rectified before final payment, plus compiling your "House Manual."

The Oversight Workflow

1. Mobilise

Agree programme, communication rhythm, and key dates.

2. Pre-Start

Check material orders, site setup, and access plans.

3. Checkpoints

Site visits at critical junctions (e.g., airtightness layer).

4. Snagging

Defect list creation and verification of fixes.

5. Handover

Evidence pack compilation and sign-off.

CADENCE: Typically 1 site visit per fortnight + weekly remote check-ins.

Tangible peace of mind

We don't just "keep an eye on things." We produce structured documentation that proves your home was retrofitted correctly.

Site Visit Reports

Written logs of progress, issues raised, and actions assigned.

Clarifications Log

A record of every decision made (e.g., "Use 100mm reveal") to prevent disputes.

Site Visit #04
12 Oct 2026
Issue: Vapour barrier torn at eaves junction.
Action: Contractor to tape and re-photograph.
Progress: Windows installed to level. Brackets spaced correctly.

Delivery Questions

Do you act as the Main Contractor?
No. Your contract for the works remains directly with the builder. We act as your professional consultant/agent to inspect quality and manage the process. This keeps us independent.
How often are you on site?
It depends on complexity. Typically, we agree on a set number of "Key Stage Visits" (e.g., pre-plaster, airtightness test) rather than daily attendance. This keeps costs efficient while catching critical issues.
What happens if you find issues?
We issue a formal instruction or site note to the contractor to rectify it. Because we define the scope and quality standards upfront (in the Tender phase), we have the objective authority to demand corrections.
